Ingredienser

2 æg

1½ dl sukker

1½ dl muscavado sukker eller brun farin

75 g smeltet smør

3/4 dl yoghurt

1 tsk. kardemomme

2 spsk. kanel

1/4 tsk salt

2 tsk. bagepulver

50 g. hasselnødder - hakkede

3-4 danske syrlige æbler

Fremgangsmåde

Tænd ovnen på 175º. Fjern kernehusene fra æblerne, og hak nødderne groft. Pisk æg og sukker skummende. Tilsæt det smeltede smør lidt ad gangen imens der piskes. Herefter tilsættes youghurten - der piskes fortsat. De tørre ingredienser blandes, og sigtes i dejen. Hasselnødder og æbler vendes i dejen, og den hældes over i en smurt springform. Kagen bages i ovnen ved 175º i 45 minutter på nederste rille.
